When will my order arrive?

Seasonal Grow Pack Subscription

You will receive your first order within 7 business days of joining The Club. All subsequent orders are shipped within 15 days of the new season (e.g. by the 15th of December, March, June, September). Please allow 7 business days for postage within New Zealand.

Grow Packs and Growing Accessories

For all other orders (outside of subscriptions), please allow 7 business days for postage within New Zealand.

What is included in my grow pack?

Your pack will include:

• 6 varieties of vegetable and herb seeds, carefully selected to suit your growing climate.

• 12 peat pellets.

• Organic plant food.

• Growing tips for each variety.

• A Growing Guide with tips and tricks to get you started.
  

Can I choose what seeds come in my grow pack?

No - one of the great things about The seed Club, is that we take the fuss out by picking the best seeds for you. We identify which seeds are in season and appropriate for your climate and growing conditions. This way, you'll benefit from our expertise in selecting an appropriate mix of vegetables and herbs for your growing season.

We make sure we select a range of types and varieties - each time you receive a Grow Pack you will be excited to find out what we have selected for you that season.

Do I need to purchase anything additional for my grow pack?

We provide everything you'll need to grow 12 healthy seedlings - but these seedlings need to find homes in pots, grow bags or garden beds to reach full maturity.

If you already have pots at home, or suitable garden beds, then you'll be able to plant out your seedlings without needing any further equipment.

If you don't have any pots at home, and no useable garden bed, you may need to purchase additional pots or grow bags to house the remainder of your seedlings.

Can I give a Seasonal Grow Pack subscription as a gift?

You definitely can - a Seasonal Grow Pack subscription is the ideal gift for that person who has everything! It is the definition of the gift that keeps on giving!

When you click to purchase a Seasonal Grow Pack subscription, please tick ‘Gift’ in the pop up box, and select the growing climate that the recipient will be growing the seeds in. You can also leave a message and we will include it on a gift tag with each Grow Pack.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If your pack arrives with missing or damaged contents, please notify us immediately by emailing hello@theseedclub.co.nz - we will issue a refund.

Our Grow Packs are of the highest quality and have been thoroughly tested.

The success of your growing depends on many factors, including your access to sunlight, garden soil medium, your consistency in care, weather events and conditions, and pests. We cannot guarantee every seed you plant will be successful. Make sure you join The Growers online community so you are receiving plenty of support and your plants have the best chance of success.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course - but once you start growing your own vegetables and herbs we doubt you will want to!

When you join The Club, you will be asked to create an account. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account. Alternatively, email us at hello@theseedclub.co.nz at least 5 business days before your next billing date, notifying us that you would like to cancel your subscription.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be charge $30 (plus shipping) on the date of your initial purchase. You will then be charged the same amount every 3 months.

For example, if you join on the 24th October, you will be charged $30 (plus shipping) on this date. Your next charge of $30 (plus shipping) will be on the 24th January. This will then repeat every 3 months.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

Sorry our overseas friends, at this stage we do not ship our Grow Packs outside of New Zealand. We are looking into making this happen, but for now The Seed Club is only available in New Zealand.

Please email us (hello@theseedclub.co.nz) if you would like to purchase one of our quality growing accessories and ship overseas. We can make this happen with an additional shipping charge.
